What ports are blocked on my 10 Second Server? |

By default, all ports are blocked inbound excluding the following:
TCP 21, 22, 25, 53, 80, 110, 443, 1433, 3306, 8080. |

Do 10 Second Servers have a mail server I can send mail out on or do I need to install one on my server? |

10 Second Servers do not come with any mailboxes. You will have to set up your own relay. |

How do I access my 10 Second Server - is it via RA Admin? |

You can connect to your 10 Second Server using Windows Remote Desktop. This requires the IP, username and password on the intended machine. Terminal services are running on the Windows 2003 build. |

When I reboot my 10 Second Server, how long will it take before it is back and working? |
| A. |
If you reboot the server from your OS, it should be back up in less than 5 minutes, however the actual time may vary depending on your specific application. If you have logged a job, this will be done for you as soon as possible. |

Can I ping my 10 Second Server? |

Yes. 10 Second Servers respond to ICMP echo request packets. |

If I pay yearly can I get a discount? |
| A. |
Yes, by paying yearly in advance you effectively get one month free. Please note that you may not be entitled to reimbursement of fees paid in advance if you terminate the contract before the end of the year. |
